Timber Industries (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. (TITJ) was established in March 2006. Our factory's location is strategically chosen at the Tianjin Export Processing Zone, the centre of China's focal development area for the 21st century. TITJ aims to play a leading role in manufacturing world standard parquet and providing reliable service to our customers. Tianjin Export Processing Zone is conveniently located in TEDA (Tianjin Economic Development Area), which is only a few miles away from the Tianjin port by car, where the major international shipping and transportation corporations operate their Northern China headquarters. TITJ covers a land area of 376,000 square feet and a building area of 260,000 square feet. With a total investment of USD 15 million, our facility is designed to have a yearly production capacity of 1 and 1/2 million square meters at the end of first production year, and 1 and 1/2 million square meters when the full capacity is achieved. In order to produce the highest possible quality flooring at maximum efficiency, TITJ uses only the state of art machinery from Italy and Germany for the key manufacturing processes. With brands like A. Costa, Weinig, and Sergiani, we are confident that products rolling out of our factory will be up to our customers' expectation.Good equipment can only perform well with the right people running it, we have flooring experts with more than 20 years of manufacturing experience managing the plant, and a senior management team from Taiwan and Southeast Asia contributing their expertise. Continual training and improvement is the core management philosophy at TITJ. Together with the implementation of ERP software and ISO9001 system, customers are assured of our commitment towards quality and reliability. Being environment and health conscious, we have implemented and obtained both CE and FSC certificates.
